Kunyit Seaberry — RH interpretation of the classic jamu Kunyit Asam. Turmeric, ginger, seaberry, noni, rainbow peppercorn, and coconut water.
Three parts fresh turmeric, one part ginger root, and grinds of rainbow peppercorns are blended in water, then strained. The pulp is rehydrated with coconut water, then strained once more.
A spoon of seaberry and noni powder, each, is mixed in with a pinch of salt.
Round out with a squeeze of lemon.
