About the Editor
Part scientist, part stylist, full-time seeker of beautiful things.
Kelly’s background is in science, but she’s always preferred the texture of textiles and ceramic glazes over the sterility of a petri dish. A natural researcher with a penchant for chromatic depth and all things craft, she has swapped lab protocols for a life of visual storytelling and hands-on making.
Whether she is refining a narrative or unearthing a hidden gem in the design world, Kelly applies a scientist’s rigor to a designer’s soul. Between sampling the syntax of half a dozen languages and experimenting with vibrant palettes, she can be found singing along to under-the-radar Asian cuts, plotting her next creative takeover, or simply being naturally amazing.
